[Butaman](http://kyoudo-ryouri.com/en/food/2460.html) (Boo-Ta Ma-N) is one of my favorite foods! It's a steamed bun filled with pork and chopped green onions. Buta is the Japanese word for pork and man (Manjū) describes the bun. But really I like to think of myself as Pork Man. My real name is Ben and I've been living in Japan for over 6 years. If you have any questions about Japan I'd love to answer them. It's not all rainbows and sunshine here but it's still a beautiful country.
