# ♥ Ingredients ♥ * 1lb. lean ground beef * 1/2 white onion, chopped * 3/4 tsp salt * 1 pinch ground black pepper * 32oz. tator tots, thawed or frozen * 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup * 16oz. frozen green beans # ♥ Directions ♥ **1.)** Preheat oven to 400-degrees F **2.)** In large skillet, brown beef and add onion, salt, and pepper **3.)** Drain beef and onion mixture and place in large mixing bowl **4.)** Add 8-16 oz. tator tots, mix **5.)** Add soup and green beans, mix **6.)** Pour into 9x9 glass dish (or whatever you can fit it into that's not metal and oven-safe) **7.)** Top with layer of remaining tator tots **8.)** Bake for 1hr or until heated all the way through **9.)** Say "Oh yah, leslie. That there's the best darn hotdish you've ever made." and dig in!
