##ADHD I am neuro-spicy and my certain spice is inattentive type. This means most of my hyperactivity is internal in my head. ##What does that mean? It means I can seem forgetful, chaotic without seeming hyper. It also means I can lose track of where I am in a sentence. Specially if I am in the middle of explaining something, and I get interrupted. I can lose track of something I said 2 seconds ago. ##Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria RSD is a strong, if not overwhelming, feeling of pain from rejection or a percieved slight. Meaning, I will feel rejected, like my opinion doesn't matter, like I have no value or simply put: Feel like I am 6 years old and being yelled at by a parent, and that I have nothing to contribute in the current matter. The importance here is: It might not actually be meant as a rejection or slight from you, or the person doing this. But this coupled with emotional dysregulation, is often problematic. The most important part here is: If this happens, don't fight it. People with RSD are also more likely to interpret vague interactions as rejection and may find it difficult to control their reactions. Let it calm down, and then I'll be more open to talking about it. ##Emotional Dysregulation Emotional dysregulation might make me react different and stronger, to the same scenario or setting, without me wanting to. It might seem out of pocket as a reaction, and mostly, I catch it, but not always. This often happens if I get interrupted in the middle of a focus period. ##Sensory Overload From time to time, even my own bits, sounds, alerts and events on my own channel, can overwhelm me. These moments can make the previous issue even more present. If I ask for something to calm down, or stop, with a certain thing: **Please** understand that it is not personally on you, but rather me wanting to not have to completely remove the interactable object from the stream. ##Stimming I will make strange noises. I will sing. I will repeat memes. Out of nowhere. ##Dissociate I may from time to time go very silent and seem almost unfocused. This usually means I have dissociated. If I do this, I might need gentle help with getting back to what I was doing. Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to ask more if you have any more questions.
