Stream is active primarily during CST times. It is no longer 24/7

The Twitch Stream resets periodically due to a bug in ffmpeg. If you are watching, give it about 20 seconds to resync, or refresh if it doesn't come back after waiting. The VM is not affected by the stream going offline, so input is still being accepted during these brief streaming outages.
