Almost every stream is a "Playing with Viewers" on Diablo III (PC). I main EU (softcore & hardcore), because most of the people I play with are there. I do alt NA softcore for the handful that want to join. Typically I end the season focused on EU hardcore. I've started playing Lost Ark (EU Central - Slen) and may throw that in every now and then.
