I do a bit of every kind of gaming, and am often joined by my Maine Coon Cat Mix Shaemus, a truly chonky boi. As for what I am? The Dark Edge of Light was born on a night with no moon while the sun tried to eat the world and dogs and chickens danced beneath the stars having babies... oh wait, that's a basilisk. Anyway the DEOL (as I abbreviate it) is the Guild/Clan/Tribe etc that I have been leader of since... well really since I started doing games where that was a thing! For me it was World of Warcraft (I only had Dialup during the days of Evercrack so I missed that) on a delightfully ribald RP Server called Moonguard. It was initially just a group of buddies from around where I live, most of us from the same table top RPG group and gaming shop. But since then, we opened up membership to anyone that enjoys gaming with others and is in general respectful to there fellow gamers! The rules and regulations of my channel, chat, and Discord, as well as the guild discord for the DEOL are simple and easy. 1) This is not a SFW Chat most of the time. The majority of people I play with are friends and we rib each other constantly. I also swear like a drunken sailor when gaming. 1 -- a) HOWEVER, while good natured ribbing is always fine, there is NEVER a place here for any form of derogatory actions or words relating to Race, Sex, Gender, Orientation, Religion, or Lifestyle. Racisim or Bigotry will NOT be accepted, you will be warned once, then banned. 2) Do NOT advertise your stream. If you are a member of the DEOL or SC I will shout you out as long as I see you in chat, and there may be streams where I put in the title to go ahead and self promote. But any other self promotion will be met with warning, chat timeout, and then Ban. 3) Do NOT be a bloody troll. You will be ignored, and then banned if you continue. 3 - a) That includes in game trolling unless it is comedic and not detracting from the gameplay. 4) Please don't back seat game. Tips and tricks are always welcome, but don't try to tell me or others in the stream how to play a certain way, we all game our own way. 5) Don't be a jerk in general, remember the golden rule, treat others as you would want to be treated. GAME ON!

I'm a variety streamer so you will see a LOT of different games on this channel! I have a few set in stone days for my streams, and a few days that I literally roll the dice to see what will be played. This is also the home for my Guild/Clan streams (more on the Dark Edge of Light in a later Panel) So you'll see us making idiots of ourselves with occasional bouts of serious and awesome gameplay. It is likely that you'll also see some occasional Gundam Building and Repair as well! And possibly some music (Singing and Trumpet).
