I finally found a step-by-step guide for inner peace and communicating difficult things with others and I'm excited to share it and practise with you. Marshall Rosenberg called it Nonviolent Communication. Here's a nice summary of the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZGWSZKXnEA

Inner Peace

According to Marshall Rosenberg, the reason people have trouble with inner peace and world peace is because they get their needs confused with their strategies for meeting those needs. Our emotions can guide us when we ask ourselves the question "what needs am I trying to meet right now?" And once we have a guess as to our needs, we can come up with many different strategies to meet those needs. Clinging to strategies that don't work is what causes so much pain and suffering in the world. Marshall called this way of seeing the world Nonviolent Communication (NVC). World Peace

Achieving world peace is similar, but in this case you're helping other people figure out exactly what they need, and helping them communicate it in a way that's easy to hear for other people (without judgment or demands). Marshall Rosenberg made up a system to accomplish this that he called Nonviolent Communication.
