Hi all i am Asta a 45 year old male from the Netherlands. I struggle with my mental health so i am not always able to keep my schedule. What i struggle with, you can find in the mental health pannel. I have been in and out of therapy sinds a young age. I made alot off stupid mistakes in my life trying to cope with my disorders. I learn thru life and therapy how to do it a bit better so i hope i can be an example to others and show that they are not alone. My mental health disorders dont define who i am but they are my struggles off life.
