I play World of Tanks with a great bunch of misfits in .50 Cal. My 75 year old father also played up until his passing in October 2022, and sometimes we would get 3 generations of gamers in one platoon when my oldest son joins in. Once in a while I dabble in World of Warships and League of Legends, But mostly it's World of Tanks that gets playtime. **Welcome to Bad_Neko's This Old Man Plays: , where this old man plays a variety of games and gets reminded that I'm... not young.** I'm an older gamer, having grown up in the era of Pong and Atari. I'm in Eastern Indiana, land of corn and cows. I'm blue-collar by trade, and as I work in a factory you may well want to prepare your ears for occasional profanity. I'll try and avoid the big-bad words. I come from a family of gamers, starting when my father brought home a Sears model Pong console...we've had most every system from that day forward and played the hell outta them. My father remained a gamer in retirement. playing into the wee hours in World of Tanks, as do my children on their various devices. I prefer my PC to game on, the PS5 and Xbox have more buttons than my fingers can remember to push in the heat of things. Recently rebuilt, NKOVI runs everything for me, from the DJ and Karaoke business I own, to Wacom pad artwork, to big bad gaming... Cooler Master Storm Stryker tower ( because it reminds me of a stormtrooper ) Asus motherboard paired with a 16-core AMD Threadripper, liquid cooled, 32Gb of DDR4 RAM, 12TB of storage across 8 hard drives, nVidia 3080ti, 1200 Watt PSU...yes, the lights dim in my house when it's on, but there's all that above plus an internal LED lightshow and fans to power as well. I know it seems a bit overkill, but between the music/ karaoke, gaming and artwork files, I need the storage, plus I run 2 to 4 video outputs when running karaoke Sound input runs through my 12 channel Behringer powered mixer and Blue Snowball cardioid mic. I used to be on-air talent in broadcast radio, and still do the odd voice-over for stuff for funsies. Thanks for dropping by!

I'd like a few followers, but I'll never do subscriptions though I recently decided to finally accept tips to keep Thunder Muffin and the other foster cats in treats. I'm not that good at this and I do this for FUN. Thanks for watching. Oh, and since I get asked about it, my gaming handle came from a roofing accident-I fell 2 stories and broke lot's of stuff even though I managed to land on my feet. My martial arts teacher told me I was a good student, but a terrible cat. Neko = "cat" in Japanese. I do have cats though and my family foster's rescues and you'll see them wander in from time to time. Thunder Muffin is the black and grey tabby. He's my fist-bumpin' best friend. Moo Moo Fu Manchu is the tuxedo, Beans is the snowshoe / siamese-looking one, and the current fosters are the sisters Fugly, a dilute tortiseshell, Chai, the full-on tortiseshell, Nacho, who is a midget, and the all black CH Positive kitten You.
