My name is Beer! (she/her pronouns) I'm a food and drink streamer (with the occasional game lobbed in) who loves a good double dry hopped IPA and perfectly crispy salmon skin. I was born and raised in the US and am now living in Scotland with my husband. I have no formal training, just a self taught cook who enjoys shooting the shit and having a beer with dinner. I grew up with a dad who loved to cook and a sister who enjoyed binging Food Network with me. I previously worked in a large test kitchen where I enjoyed spending each day learning more about food, nutrition, and how to source that tricky ingredient. I started streaming in October of 2020 due to loneliness of the pandemic and loving pestering from my best friend to try it out. I figured "hey, I've got make dinner anyway, may as well have a virtual audience" and ended up loving it.
