Being diagnosed with stomach cancer has certainly brought its challenges. Physically, I deal with symptoms like nausea, abdominal pain, and changes in appetite. It's been tough to enjoy meals like I used to, and I've had to adjust my diet. Emotionally, there are highs and lows—I try to stay positive
