**Study** I am studying Psychology with the Open university to become a therapist. I want to become a therapist to help people and become the person I needed when I was younger. **Body Doubling** I do a lot of study streams because I find body doubling so helpful. Body doubling is doing something (like studying) in front of someone else. If body doubling helps you too, please join a study stream and we'll get lots of work done. **Pomodoro Method** During coworking/ study streams I will studying using the Pomodoro method. Basically we will work for 25 or 40 minutes and then we will have a break for 5 or 15 minutes depending on if we are having a short or long break.
