### How deaf are you? >>Profoundly deaf, which means the whole world is completely silent to me. I can feel the vibrations though! ### What languages do you use? >>American Sign Language (my native language), English, and some Dutch (still learning). I can't speak or lip read very well. I've tried, but it's not for me. Born deaf in the USA, I am a self-taught freelance artist with a deep passion for color. As a child I was inspired by Star Trek, Rembrandt's paintings and Bob Ross, famous for his "happy little trees" and "happy accidents". I started drawing and painting as soon as I could hold a pencil. About fifteen years ago, after moving to the Netherlands, I started to paint digitally more seriously and became a freelance artist working in the areas of illustration, concept art and as a colorist. At the moment I mainly work with digital and oil mediums and am in a transition phase towards fine art. With oil, I enjoy plein air, still life and life studies, and various subjects. I hope to eventually incorporate fantasy, sci-fi and surrealism as I do digitally. In my free time I love to be in the woods and nature. I like to do Tai Chi, meditate, read and play games (especially in winter to pass the time).

I'm based in Europe so most likely I'll stream after lunch time. If I do stream. 😅
