I'm a Manufacturing Engineer and this is my shop. My family makes bean to bar chocolate and I make a lot of custom equipment for the chocolate making industry as well as machining involved in maintaining said equipment. I also make just *stuff* as it comes up. I weld, I machine, I design, I engineer, I make a lot of scrap and garbage that makes me chuckle.

Very rarely right now, unfortunately. But if I do go plan to stream, I'll try to give a reasonable warning. Maybe if this works out, I'll try to be more consistent. Mondays around noon CST tend to work well for me.
