My journey started when I decided to take my health and wellbeing into my own hands. In the space of a few short years I've gone from a 120kg couch potato to an Ultramarathoner, multiple times Obstacle Course Racing World Championship Qualifier, 24 hour endurance racer, and Australian Ninja Warrior. I've decided to begin helping other people begin their journeys by hopefully sharing a little bit of inspiration and motivation.
