I had 3 Hernias for over 2 years. 3 Umbilical Hernias To be Precise (Intestines came through my stomach wall). Which made it painful to do anything. Even something as simple as walking. So therefore , i literally did nothing that would further aggravate the hernia. The surgery to repair my stomach walls was finally done in may of 2016. Q: What Type of music do you like ?
