Hi, I'm Kaien! \Kai - En or Kai - Un\ [He/Him] I'm a variety streamer with a heavy focus on mental health well-being, mindfulness, and practicing self-care. I'm here to share my love of gaming with others and try to create an open and accepting community where we can talk openly about mental health matters - no matter how big or small! Whether you're just dropping in for the first time, active in the chat, or simply lurking, it's my goal to bring some light to your day and simply enjoy the time we have. While I'm always up for picking up new games [and often do for collabs with others], my current main games are Coral Island, Pokemon Violet, and Sonic Frontiers. In addition, I do Mental Health Break streams every Thursday where we play Sonic Adventure 2: Battle. It's focused on relaxing, talking about our days, and raising adorable chao to take our minds off the stresses of the day for a while. Mental health topics and conversations are welcomed and encouraged! I'm also part of a group called Streamlings with z0oinks and EpicCrunchiness - We play variety games together every Monday at 11pm Eastern US time!
