The channel is family friendly, so please keep this mind.
Some companies, i.e. Kellogs, are named after the owner, while some are not i.e., Microsoft. Where a company is carrying the owner's name, is sold, it takes the owner's name with it... A Twitch channel is not a company, and while some may argue that it should carry the streamers name, that does not give an identity to the channel. This has presented me with a conundrum with which I have been contending since this channel went into hiatus. Herein lies the conundrum... Should a channel carry the name of the streamer or should it have its own name and therefore its own identity?
Alongside that, much thought has been given into how much personal data should be shared online... I am a believer, I follow Christ and I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH." (Romans 1:16-17). It is from the midst of this that the current channel name has come, but within Twitch, it seems that the channel reflects the streamer's identity rather than carrying its own. The idea of the channel was to reflect more of these things rather than carry my identity. Beit Ha Midrash means house of study, and for those who are interested, I would share some of this with them.
Being dyslexic, means that information-processing speed challenges, working memory deficits, naming speed, and motor skills deficits, are adversely affected, and I find it difficult to maintain concentration and consistency for long periods of time and get tired quickly. My focus drifts to other things and I lose interest in whatever is currently at hand, which means I play games but do grow weary of the game and stop playing for long periods of time, however, I have never been a gamer, more of a game dabbler than anything.
Again, although there have been a couple of streams in the past there was never a consistency, however, having been inspired and encouraged, there is the desire to stream more. Streaming was never a goal to which I aspired, yet, here we are, travelling a different journey.
As with any journey, there are those interesting roads down which one must travel to see what is at the end of it... This channel has come to a cross, and there is a new road down which I want to travel. The new road is one much closer to my heart than gaming. I wish present and share about Scripture. If you wish to join, you are welcome, if you wish to leave, you are welcome. I hope that you will accompany me on this journey. As with all things, we can use them and transfer the skills to other things, to other areas of our lives… this is how we grow as people and as a community.
There is no pressure to stay.
The rules are simple, they are not difficult. When standing at an observation point, there are fences around for protection. The rules are there in place for the same reasons. So that everyone can enjoy the liberty to participate.
No Racism/Sexism/Homophobia.
No Politics.
No stream sniping.
No banners.
No decrying of any games
No posting links without permission.
No Vulgar Language.
The channel is changing, it is going to discuss Scripture, but please note that any form of trolling, name calling, or anything deemed as inappropriate will result in an immediate ban. This decision is final and there will be revision.

Mellofox is my wife, and we play together, sometimes, mostly I am at work; however, recent conditions have seen fit for me to be working from home as do many others. This is the new norm for the moment… life is constantly changing… but how we deal with those changes is litmus paper for our lives. There are two aspects here, the virtual and physical realms… Streaming brings a crossover, and priorities sometimes take precedence, this does not diminish the importance of the community that is growing.
