# About me I stream Minecraft. As time allows, I'll also do a music stream from time to time. ## Name キャアコネ ### How do you say your name? keeyah kohnay ### Where does your name come from? My username is made up of two parts, both from Japanese. I don’t speak Japanese, I was really into anime in college, so I pulled my name from that experience. The first part is “kyaa” (キャア), pronounced “keeyah”. As I understand it, its an expression of surprise and alarm. It is also the name of the giant, sentient, sunglass-wearing cat-looking alien from the series Please Save my Earth. It is a very tertiary character. The second part is “kone” (コネ), roughly pronounced “koh nay”. This is not actually a real Japanese world at all, but the two characters that make up the word cat, “neko”, reversed. It in the nickname given to the cat that the main characters find in the show Here is Greenwood. Another very tertiary character. So I took two names of tertiary characters from two different somewhat unknown anime and made them into one word and have used that as my username. The username has been pronounced or shortened a bunch of different by different people including “ky”, “kia”, “cone”, “one”, “kiacone”, and others. I love all of these versions and if you are already using any of them, don’t change. It not really something you can get “wrong”, because its a made up word(s), so I’m happy with whatever nickname you give me.
