***What equipment do you use?*** I mostly use an 11 inch iPad pro with apple pencil 2! I sometimes use a cintiq 13HD pen display as well c: ***What program do you use or recommend?*** On iPad i use and highly promote procreate! On PC I use photoshop and Animate CC, but if you can't afford those I recommend Krita for art and Pencil for animating ^-^
