What's up guys. Welcome to my Twitch channel. My name is Melvin but call me Mel, which most people suggest. I love Anime, Manga, Video Games and just having fun! I stream a variety of games from JRPGS, Single Player and Multiplayer games such as FPS/TPS and Sports games. You guys are more than welcome to stop by anytime! I love being part of this great gaming community, and getting to know people and make friends is what I love to do! I am an alumni at LaGuardia Community College! It's a 2 year college in New York City. I majored in Social Science and Humanities. My future plans are to finish my Bachelor's and apply for the JET Program. I am interested in teaching English to kids in Japan. That's what I would like to do in the future! I graduated High School back in 2012 from Community School for Social Justice! What do I do for a living? I'm a Barista at Cosi! Cosi is a flatbread restaurant! I currently work in the Wall Street location but the restaurant has many outlets around the city! My goal was to find work after my Associate's and work for a while, took me a year to find work and then to go back to school later. I could work part-time and do that as well but I will figure that out later. At least I have a job! Now I'm able to start the channel thanks to the funds I made from work! What's my nationality? I'm Dominican How old are you? I'm 24. My birthday is June 10! What are my goals on Twitch? My goal is to build a strong community, make some friends and build a following/followers. I don't expect to do this full-time but I wanted to create something on the side other than having a job and work! My goal is to be a Twitch Affliate but once I do, I'll work from there. My favorite anime? One Outs. Read the manga and watched the anime. Seen both! I have many favorite anime but I will actually post a link to my myanimelist.net account later. I will post more games in the future!!! Favorite Music: So many, can't tell you! I usually listen to video game music the most! I do like Merengue, Bachata and Hip Hop, then Country after that! Fun fact about me: I speak Japanese! I'm currently conversational intermediate! I can make sentences for now and have a good grammar. Just have limited vocabulary but still learning! Been studying Japanese since middle school!! So far I understand the Doko Word Groups, Kunai, Janai conjugations, I can count all the way to a million in Japanese and more! I know how to count months, days, years, like, dislike, and many more!!!! I can also say whatever I want to say in conversations! My vocabulary is limited but I'm working on it to form more sentences! I can read hiragana and katakana as well! I know a couple of kanji but now all of them since there's more than 2000 that are used daily in Japan! My goal one day is to be fluent and be Trilingual which I'm super close! I currently speak English and Spanish fluently. My goal is to be fluent in Japanese which I'm super close and be Trilingual! I'm currently bilingual! How did I get so good in Japanese? I follow George Trombley's Japanese from Zero book series!!!! He is the author and he is a translator for Japanese since the 80s and has his own Youtube channel which I recommend you guys follow his YouTube Channel for everything Japanese and buy his books please! They are very helpful but you can also follow his YouTube videos! I usually have a schedule to study Japanese and his books on Sundays. I currently am on his Japanese from Zero Book 3. He has 5 books and I'm on his 3rd book of 5 so far! Finished the first two! You can buy George Trombley's Japanese from Zero books online on Amazon! I don't like arguing as It really alters my mood, please don't get me upset. I like being positive and happy all the time. Rule # 5: Don't troll or post links to other channels: Can't stand trolling, I used to be a troll myself and it got old. I don't mind people advertising other channels, but please ask me beforehand. Ghost of Tsushima(Maybe) FF7 Remake/Kingdom Hearts 3 Killzone Sbadow Fall(Maybe a playthrough) The Order 1886(Maybe a playthrough) Street Fighter 5 Arcade Edtion(Maybe I will get, need a fighting game) Tekken 7, Soul Calibur 6, Dead or Alive 6, Blazblue, DragonBall Fighter Z(Maybe Later) Jak 2 and Jak 3( I have Jak and Daxter for free on PS4 as the PS2 digital game thanks to the preorder that I got for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy! Eventually I want to finish the Jak and Daxter Series) I know there's many library of other games I didn't mention for the PS4 but in the future I will see if I'll get them. For now those are the games I will be getting to do a set of playthroughs in the future! Later I will be posting old games that I will be playing and doing a playthrough. I have a Playstation 2 Slim that I bought recently from my next door neighbor so I will be playing classic Playstation 1 and Playstation 2 games as well. Don't know which yet but when I do announce them, I will post them here! I know there are other series of games out there that I have not played, but I will see when I get the chance to play them someday. I do play demos of other games. Played Tales of Berseria, YS 8: Lacrimosa of Dana, Yakuza 6 to name a few. In the future, I want to branch out and play other game series on stream! SCHEDULE: At the moment, my schedule is pretty much going to be late at night, but I will try to do a schedule for morning streams as well. I'll try to be flexible as much as possible.
