Welcome welcome! My name is Merlish AKA Merel and welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m a 31 year old woman from the Netherlands. In my free time I love streaming, writing, reading, drawing, singing etc. I started streaming August of 2017 because of my love for games, to get out of my shell more and to meet new people! I am definitely no expert in any game, I am mediocre to say the least and I tend to get even worse when streaming because I spend a lot of time interacting with my chat. Sometimes I’ll even pause the game to be able to get to someone and you know what, I love that! Connecting with people and hearing their stories is what makes this such a fulfilling thing to do, Other than that I also get to tell my story and talk about my life which is what all of us need sometimes. This stream is also a sanctuary. A place where you can come and vent or completely lose track of time for a while. If I can uplift, motivate and/or inspire anyone; I’ll be happy <3. The games I play vary quite a bit. The games I spend most of my time playing are story driven games and horror experiences! So grab some snacks, hydrate, stretch and join me because... Q: Why do you almost always solo? A: I am extremely introverted and have some mental health issues which make it very hard for me to communicate with other people, especially ones I don’t personally know. For this reason I mainly avoid playing games with people besides close friends or family. Q: Are you American? A: Nope. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and don’t have any relatives from other countries. The reason my accent sounds American is because as a kid I used to watch a lot of TV shows, play a lot of games and listened to a lot of music.
