**What is a pomo?** A "pomo" is a study cycle in the Pomodoro study technique. Here we focus for 50 minutes to get in the zone and then take 15-minute breaks to stretch and chat. Typically we do 3-4 rounds, but this is subject to change. **Why Coworking/Body Doubling?** It's a great way for people to feel a sense of community while getting their work, school, or hobby related tasks done.
