The One More Light Event was founded in January 2018 in honor of the late Chester Bennington. So far, the campaign has raised over $80,000.00 over the course of 3 campaigns involving over 100 casters from many different twitch communities. The American Foundation of Suicide Prevention uses donations in multiple different ways: Finding better ways to prevent suicide through research and advocacy. Creating a culture that's smart about mental health through education and an interactive screening program. Bringing hope to those affected by suicide by providing support during loss and helping through the healing process.
