Hello! Welcome to the Pink Bow Patisserie, my name is Kate but you can call me ProfessorMendl (my former twitch name!) or Pink Bow!. I love baking and food science and can't wait to bake with you. My pronouns are she/her. I live in Western Canada on Vancouver Island with my boyfriend (officerlarva), our two doggos (Ollie and Piper), and our little kitty Frank - all will probably make an appearance at some point during a stream! I love to bake and cook everything and anything from scratch and try new recipes, please let me know of any requests of recipes we can make together (sweet and savoury). I also love studio Ghibli and Wes Anderson films, 35mm film photography, skateboarding, knitting and ramen. I play Stardew Valley, Ni No Kuni, Animal Crossing, BOTW, and community games!
