Hi, welcome to Pops Place! I'm Pops, a retired old fart and I am streaming to keep myself mentally, socially and technologically active. I am a retired Chief Petty Officer EWC (SW) and I served aboard 3 combat ships during my naval career, USS Wm V Pratt (DDG-44), USS Leyte Gulf (CG-55) and USS Nassau (LHA-4). I am strongly focused on World of Warships but I also play Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen from time to time. In addition, I use and support the use of Voice Attack software to add voice control to my game interactions. I have recently been added to the roles at World of Warships as a Community Contributor and this has added a new opportunity and excitement for me. I am totally humbled by this recognition. I'm not a great gamer or someone you would want to watch to see expert play of any kind but I am a friendly average player who really enjoys helping new players get over the learning curve as well as more experienced players hone their skills and learn new things! Updated "2022 SCHEDULE" I am a streamer and content creator "want to be". I stream World of Warships as a Community Contributor on the NA server and I also stream Farm Sim 22 as a Giants Partner, New World, Elite Dangerous, American Truck Sim, etc. My current schedule will be (subj to change): WoWs on Mon, Tue, Wed & Farm Sim 22 on Thu. Fridays are a "whatever I feel like" day. I usually start streaming at 10 AM Central Time. I "may" also stream a weekly IRL "Fireside Chat" presentation on Wednesday evenings beginning at 7 PM Central Time.
