#2016 - Now RagingForAutism was created in 2016 by two parents of autistic children. The founders, Janet and Chris, held a 24 hour event each year raising funds to help benefit the NAA. Their goal was to give help and hope to families just like theirs, who benefited from programs provided by the NAA. After several successful campaigns, they decided to build bigger for more awareness and support. In 2019, the founders decided to grow the RagingForAutism team to have content creators going while they put focus into awareness needed in their own neighborhoods. Now in 2024, the RagingForAutism charity team has 13 dedicated content creators, support from local communities, restaurants, schools, and nonstop support from the most amazing people the R4A team has come to know & love! To date we've raised $9,222.64 for the NAA
