The main rule is to just not be a dick (even if that's your name), but there are other things to keep in mind: 1. Follow Twitch ToS! Cursing is fine, but slurs of any kind, harassment, threats, and violent behaviour will not be tolerated and the offender will be banned. 2. Feel free to debate whatever you'd like, but keep it civil. If you have to resort to name-calling, you probably lost the argument anyway. 3. Twitch Streamers: No self-promotion. I love to meet other streamers, but don't spam your plug. Please do not bad-mouth other streamers in the chat. It's tacky and no one likes a bully.
