GLAD YOU ASKED!** I am very transparent and up front with the community about my personal struggle with bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder and I check in with/encourage my community to do the same. If you're comfy sharing your journey with us we would love to be a part of it. If not, we hope that you can at least feel a little more safe and comfy, and a little less alone here in our home. My goal is to help reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health, and I do so by just talking about it and normalizing that conversation. *Content:* I play all kinds of RPGs, Wind Waker and Breath of Wild are my favorites but I also love Elder Scrolls, Final Fantasy, Guild Wars 2, and so many more. Every other Friday is Grovelore! Grovelore is a podcast I host right here as either a discussion panel or a smaller scale conversation/interview style. Grovelore is live at 6pm on the Friday's I host it.

Especially in the video game community, the idea that “no one will miss me if I’m gone’ is a pervasive one. Take This was founded to let people know how wrong that is, that there’s help for people with mental health challenges who are also passionate about making games. Take This is a mental health organization providing comprehensive resources, support, and consultation tailored for the unique needs of the game development community that embraces the diverse cultures and issues of the game community. Their mission is to decrease the stigma, and increase the support for mental health in the game enthusiast community and inside the game industry. They aim to achieve this by combining clinical best practice with a love of all things gamer, providing a safe, accepting space for gamers and developers. We work in a spirit of partnership with other organizations addressing these issues among game enthusiasts, streamers, and creators. I am honored to be a part of the 2019 ambassador program.
