My personal favorite ranking as of 2019-01-27 would begin with the [Prototipo Standard B](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:It12_Prototipo_Standard_B) and the close second would be [Leopard Prototyp A](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:G91_Pro_Ag_A) followed by [AMX 30 1er prototype](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:F71_AMX_30_prototype), then [Object 430](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:R96_Object_430) and the [Škoda T 50](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:Cz02_TVP_T50). I do enjoy the [M46 Patton](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:A63_M46_Patton) and [Centurion Mk. 7/1](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:GB24_Centurion_Mk3) on occasion as well, both can be very strong situationally. If you're a total medium tank freshman I'd say go for a 430 / E 50 or Mk. 7/1 first and then move on to either Standard B / PT A / AMX 30 or T 50. On tier X my main favorite as of 2019-01-27 is the [Progetto M40 mod. 65](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:It08_Progetto_M40_mod_65), then the [Object 430U](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:R148_Object_430_U) followed by the beast [Object 907](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:R95_Object_907) and [TVP T 50/51](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:Cz04_T50_51) and finally the [AMX 30 B](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:F72_AMX_30). I would love to love the [Leopard 1](http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:G89_Leopard1) but it has been fekked by various metas over the years, lets hope it will see new light during 2019.
