Hey everyone. I'm from Belgium and I enjoy lifting weights and gaming. I stream my lifting sessions as much as I can. If you need any gym related advice or want to talk about your training, feel free to pay me a visit.
Why am I here?
My goal is to show that lifting weights can be enjoyable, healthy and for everyone. During my streams I like to talk about:
- things to do (technique, building strength and muscle, ...)
- things not to do (bad technique, mentality, ...)
- how to deal with difficult situations (gym anxiety, finding your way, ...)
- everything in between

Do I even lift?
I most certainly do! Lifting has been a hobby of mine since 2017. I started lifting after a shoulder injury. I was doing rehab exercises with weights and they felt lighter after a few weeks. I was hooked. You can't go wrong with getting strong!
My current best lifts are:
- 150kg/330lbs squat
- 105kg/231lbs bench press
- 207,5kg/457lbs deadlift
- 80kg/176lbs overhead press
Am I a coach/athlete?
No I am not. I do this as a hobby. I just know things. Things I am eager to share with you all. I have learned from the best in the business. I am also being coached by a former professional strongman. That puts me in a very privileged position. I want to use that position to give advice and help people where I can.
There's a lot that I don't know, but I'll be sure to tell you when that's the case. Don't be afraid to ask things.
What's my home gym like?
I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment. My home gym is in the 2nd bedroom. It consists of:
- A power cage with safeties, also used for bench and overhead press
- A plate loaded cable machine that allows for high and low pulls
- An adjustable bench
- A makeshift deadlift platform with gym mats and drop pads to avoid earthquakes
- A 20kg barbell
- A 22kg safety bar
- 230kg in plates
- Dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 30kg
- An elliptical
How do I stream?
I stream with a Logitech C920 webcam and a wireless Steelseries Arctis 7 headset. Great products for their price!
When do I stream?
My timezone is CET. My training streams are usually on Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon.
Make sure to check my Twitch schedule for localised times. I update it every Monday.
