Hi everyone! My name is Gary or you can call me Cube. I am a fan of RPGS/JRPGS, 2D and 3D platformers and also kart racers like Mario Kart and Crash Team Racing. I usually stick to those 3 genres of games the most but if something interests me outside of those genres I will usually give it a go.

This is my community Discord server called 'The Cube Corner' for those who wish to join and keep up to date when I release videos on YouTube and when I go live here on Twitch. Basically don't be an idiot but for those wanting the specifics: 1. Abide by Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. 2. Swearing is aloud as I am not a family friendly channel. You can do it as much as you want but I don't do excessive swearing unless something tilts me in a game which is on very rare occasions. 3. Be careful around dark humour topics as some of you guys might find it funny but some people may of had past experiences with stuff to do with what the joke was and may feel uncomfortable with it. 4. No sorts of bullying/drama if this is going on without us knowing as it is happening privately contact me on Discord and I'll get to the bottom of it. 5. NO SPOILING GAMES ON RELEASE UNTIL I HAVE BEAT THE GAME. This will end up being an instant ban if you do especially if I ask you not to talk about spoilers and you still do. 6. No self promotion unless myself or a moderator in chat says you can.

I use Pikasonic's safe for twitch playlist so that's safe to use from them which they make their own songs. TEXT BREAK 'You can use our music on your streams! If it has GameChops in the artist tag on Spotify, Amazon, Apple Music, etc. then it is a licensed cover with no Content ID.' [You can find the tweet link for it here](https://twitter.com/gamechops/status/1270011067503185928?lang=en-GB) TEXT BREAK I also now as of April 17th 2022 use Nintendo game original soundtracks in the background of my music that isn't a remix from Gamechops as Nintendo's policy is as stated: "We encourage you to use Nintendo Game Content in videos and images that feature your creative input and commentary. For example, Let's Play videos and video game reviews are within the scope of the Guidelines. However, you may not simply upload or livestream an existing Nintendo video, gameplay footage without your own creative input, or a copy of content created by someone else. For example, mere copies of Nintendo promotional trailers, tournaments, music soundtracks, gameplay sequences, and art collections are outside the scope of the Guidelines." TEXT BREAK As of May 24th 2022 I have also figured out I can use the vast majority of Hyper Potion songs as their policy about using songs on twitch in their YouTube bio which they send you too is as follows: "You may use our music for free on your Twitch streams! If your videos on YouTube have our music in them, it will automatically Content ID claim your video (it's so our songs don't get stolen!), but you can email copyright@screenwavemedia.com with the link to your upload to ask to remove the claim! :) " So unless it's a song which it's descriptions strictly say it may not be safe for Twitch like their song of Railway Life then it is likely fine to use within their permission. TEXT BREAK I also use as of June 22nd Qumu's remixes as their FAQ states "my original music is safe, but due to how copyright laws work in regards to ownership of covers and remixes, you would need permission from both the owner of the cover and the owner of the original song in order to use a cover or remix 100% safely. So, I can’t guarantee that my covers/remixes are safe." However the songs I use from Qumu are nintendo soundtracks which I already use and you can read the guidelines for that higher in the list of music credits I have put here.
