[Hyper Metroid LCE ("Limited Collector's Edition")](http://advancedpillow.com/#/hyper-metroid/) was only distributed on a few cartridges made by [AdvancedPillow](http://advancedpillow.com/). The differences between LCE and the public release of Hyper Metroid include: -- level design edits -- rebalanced difficulty (beams are stronger) -- a more linear path through the game, which is made more clear to the player -- this version of the hack is not publicly available; a public update is being worked on, but there is no release date or ETA.
