In order to build a positive and welcoming environment, there are a few simple values we try to uphold. 1. Everyone in this community is treated with respect, kindness and support. If someone sets a boundary, it is to be respected. Own the impact of your words and actions. 2. No hate speech of any kind is acceptable in chat. (No racism, no sexism, no anti-LGBTQIA comments, no xenophobia, etc.) 3. An individual's identity is not a joking matter. As such, jokes/joking comments directed at gender, sexuality, identity, race or any other part of their being are not permitted. AKA nothing insensitive/bigoted or personally attacking. 4. Avoid misgendering. If you are unsure, ask! And lean towards gender-neutral greetings such as folks, pals and friends. 5. This is a mature stream, mostly because of language. Act like it and everything is okay. Please don't talk about your age. 6. No self-promotion. We love community but blatant self-promoting is a no-go
