Hey, I'm Andy. Thirty something years old and live near London. I've suffered from chronic back pain for the last 6ish years and that led to me developing severe anxiety issues. Streaming was something suggested by the lady I saw during treatment for anxiety. She felt that combining my enjoyment of video games at the same time as putting myself in a situation of potential vulnerability could continually challenge my anxiety issues and benefit me for the future.
