Schedule
There is no set schedule. Twitch isn't how I pay bills, and I don't want this to feel like a second job.
Welcome!
# About Me
I'm a "sr. software engineer". I like games, and I would not have gotten into software if it weren't for games. However, I am not a game developer. I run GNU/Linux on most of my computers, because it's less annoying than Windows.
# Game systems
I have some consoles:
* NES + NES Classic
* SNES + SNES Classic
* RetroDuo (or whatever it's called)
* Game Boy / Super Game Boy / GBC / 3DS
* GameCube
* Wii
* Wii U
* Switch
* Xbox 360
* PS2
# Programming Languages
I have dabbled in many programming languages. Here are a few, in no particular order:
* C
* C++
* Java
* C#
* Perl
* Python 2.x / Python 3.x
* PHP
* GWBASIC/QBASIC/MS BASIC (old school basics)
* VB/VB.NET (sadly)
* RPG / RPGIV
* COBOL
* Rexx
* Go (learning)
* Rust (learning)
Game Suggestions
Use channel points to suggest a game, but please don't be pushy or offended by my reaction. I'll consider suggestions, but don't expect me to add it to a todo list. I don't have enough time and money to play every game.
Games I know about and am interested in playing:
* Silksong
* Hellblade
* Hellblade 2
Please do *not* suggest:
* Anything requiring a subscription
* Anything with a political agenda
* Anything that is only available on a system I do not already have
* MMOs
* Any racing game
* Any fighting game
* Any sports game
* Any VR game
* Any sim game
* Dark Souls (any of them)
* Celeste
Rules
* Follow Twitch's Terms of Service, conditions, guidelines, and all that jazz.
* Be an adult. We're all here trying to have a good time - don't ruin it, please.
* Seriously, be an adult. I may curse. Chat may curse. This channel is marked as being for mature audiences.
* No political, racial, sexual, threatening or abusive remarks.
* If there is discussion about another channel/streamer, please make sure it's somehow relevant.
* Respect the "Porch Rules" when it comes to blind playthroughs. No hints. No spoilers. No backseating. If I'm stuck and truly need help, I will ask for it.
Basically, use common sense. Be a good person.
