#Hello and welcome! My name is Ryan and I am the Uselesswizard. I've been painting miniatures since the mid-2000s, and for the majority of that time, I was content with my painting. Painting was my creative expression, and how I dealt with stress, depression, and anxiety. At the beginning of 2018 I was told that something I had spent some very long hours painting was a 'good start.' It was soul-crushing, and the relief I felt from my painting was crippled. I needed to reclaim my joy in painting. I decided that I was no longer content with where my painting was. Determined to improve my skills and regain my creative relief, I dove back into studying miniature painting. I started streaming on October 24th, 2018 to make friends, be a resource for new painters, and to bring others along on my journey and improve together.
